About Me

I'm a US Army Veteran and I've also been a Reiki master for over 11 years. For over 17 years I worked in the corporate world of Information Technology as a project manager, but also spent time reading, learning and healing. I recorded my own guided meditations for myself to heal and grow.

In late 2024, my partner and I got a chance to stay in Costa Rica, where she is originally from. We jumped at the chance and have been living on a little farm. Now we have chickens, ducks, and dogs in a very small town surrounded by neighbors that use their land for farming.

After being laid off from my Blizzard Entertainment/Microsoft corporate IT job and hunting for a similar job for over 8 months, I decided to record meditations to share the same self healing and growth I experienced. I use natural noises from the beach, farm or the jungle as background sounds for my meditations.

At the moment I have 2 meditations in the store and plan to continue to create and produce more.
